Benefits of aloe vera

1. To stomach Mix three tablespoons of aloe vera gel, one cup of grapefruit and drink. 

2. For dry hair Mix two spoons of aloe vera gel, two spoons of coconut oil and two teaspoons of coconut paste and apply it on your hair before taking a bath and wash it off after 20 minutes. 

3. To close the pores Mix a teaspoon of aloe vera gel and a few drops of lemon juice and apply on the face. 4. For sunburn It works as a sun block. Applying its juice before going out in the sun protects the skin from the strong and harmful rays of the sun.

 5. In case of burning In case of burns, apply aloe vera gel immediately. The burn and its antiseptic effects prevent the wounds from getting worse and the blisters heal even more. 

6. Nail diseases In case of nail fungus or other diseases, apply skaguda or soak cotton in its juice and put it on the nail and tie it. 

7. Make-upAvoid adverse effects Apply aloe vera juice and wash after two to three hours. It brightens the complexion and keeps the skin fresh. 

8. Avoid stretch marks During pregnancy, if aloe vera juice is applied regularly on the stomach, stretch marks will not appear.

9. For joint pain Eat a spoonful of aloe vera pulp daily and joint pain will go away. It does not taste good, so you should not chew it but keep it in your mouth like a medicine and swallow it with water.

10. Constipation and piles Two teaspoons of aloe vera pulp before going to bed will solve both constipation and piles problems.
